OPAL Ability Assist offers NDIS participants the most practical transportation & travel assistance as a licensed NDIS Service Provider. If your disability prevents you from using public transportation without significant difficulty, you may be able to get help under the NDIS, according to the organization. Funding considers applicable taxi subsidy programs, but it does not pay for caregivers’ transportation assistance to take a family member with a disability to regular appointments.
