Support Worker

In this role, you will be part of the team of support workers of Opal Ability Care. As such you will be providing support service to NDIS participants. Your engagement with the company will be ongoing and your shifts will depend upon the availability of work. You will be paid competitive wages in line with the current industry award rate, for the hours spent directly on face to face service.

Opal Ability Care Case Manager

This role is more proactive, as you will be providing support service to the NDIS participants whom you would have found yourself. To help you build up your client base, you will be provided promotional material in your name as well as guidelines on how to promote yourself.

For building up and managing your own client base, you will be earning a substantial incentive. This incentive will be in addition to your wages as a support worker. Your incentives will be paid to you for every hour of the service you will be providing for as long as you would continue doing so.

During this time, you will remain part of the company, strictly adhering to the high standards of customer care and the policies & procedures of the company. Moreover, all the relevant documentation of will be processed through the Opal Ability Care.

Local Area Manager

This role has a bigger scale of operation in the local area of your choice, in agreement with Opal Ability Care. You will be building up your own client base as well as a team of support workers within that local area. To help you build up your client base and team, you will be provided promotional material in your name as well as guidelines on how to work effectively in your new role.

For building up and managing your client base and team, you will be earning two substantial incentives; one for managing your clients and the other for managing your team. These incentives will be in addition to the wages of your support workers which will be paid directly by the company.

Your incentives will be paid to you for every hour of the service your team will be collectively providing for as long as you would continue doing so.

During this time, you will remain part of the company, strictly adhering to the high standards of customer care and the policies & procedures of the company. Moreover, all the relevant documentation of the staff and the participants will be processed through the Opal Ability Care.
